Arroz Con Rajas
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Rice, Poblano Chile Strips, White Kernal Corn. Serving Suggestions:
• Before heating, add 1/2 teaspoon butter per serving. Follow microwave instructions. Add Mexican cream as desired and stir lightly.
• Before heating, add 1/2 teaspoon butter per serving. Add 2 oz cooked and shredded chicken or cooked popcorn shrimp per serving. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste. Follow microwave instructions. Stove Top Cooking Directions:
Bring 2 Tbsp water to boil in 3 quart sauce pan. Add contents. Reduce to medium heat, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until heated through out. Serve immediately and enjoy. Microwave Cooking Directions:
Place contents in microwavable dish. Add 2 Tbsp water, cover and cook on high for 6-8 minutes. Stir halfway during cooking time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Note:
