INGREDIENTS:
Poblano Chile Strips, White Kernel Corn, Onions, Mexican Zucchini.
• Before heating, add 1/2 Tsp butter and 1 Tbsp grated cheese (Fresco) per serving. Follow microwave instructions. Top with desired amount of Mexican cream just before serving.
• Boil one half chicken breast in 2 cups chicken broth until cooked. Shred chicken and add it with chicken broth to complete bag of Rajas. Follow microwave instructions.
Bring 2 Tbsp water to boil in 3 quart sauce pan. Add contents. Reduce to medium heat, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until heated through out. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Place contents in microwavable dish. Add 2 Tbsp water, cover and cook on high for 6-8 minutes. Stir halfway during cooking time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Microwave cooking times may vary depending on particular oven used.
